We have 65 acres of trees growing on our 240 acre farm just outside York alongside beef cattle, sheep as well as a livery yard for horses and ponies
Since 1998 we have concentrated on growing Nordmann fir and Norway spruce but where soil conditions are right we also grow a few Fraser fir.
We buy the best quality 3 year old transplants we can find from specialist nurseries in Denmark and then grow them for 7 to 10 years in our fields.
Over the years we have invested heavily in specialist machinery and technical knowledge to help ensure that we can grow the best quality trees.
We carry out soil and foliar analysis every year as well as pruning and shearing to help ensure our trees are as healthy as possible when they are harvested.
We welcome wholesale enquires for any quantity of trees and work closely with other growers to ensure we can meet your requirements.
