Frequently Asked Questions

We’ve put together a list of helpful questions that we get asked by our customers, if you have any other questions please contact us directly and we’ll be happy to answer them.

How should I care for my real Christmas tree?

Keep the tree outside until it is required indoors. If you have had the tree longer than 1 week saw 5cm off the base of the trunk.

  • Watering: Place your tree in a stand that holds water and keep it filled. Water the tree daily to prevent it from drying out.
  • Placement: Avoid placing your tree near heat sources such as radiators, fireplaces, or direct sunlight, as these can cause the tree to dry out faster.
  • Temperature: Keep the room cool to extend the tree’s freshness.
How long will my real Christmas tree last?

With proper care, a real Christmas tree can last up to five weeks. Ensuring it has enough water and is kept away from heat sources will help maintain its freshness.

What is the cost of a real Christmas tree?

The cost varies depending on the type and size of the tree. Please visit our barn or contact us for specific pricing details.
