York Christmas Trees Returns Policy – Cut Trees

 

Cut trees are a natural product and no trees are alike, (like cut flowers) trees are perishable items and will deteriorate over time. The speed your tree deteriorates including any needle drop will depend on the environment and conditions in which you keep the tree. These factors are beyond our control, however if you feel that your tree is really not up to the quality you require then please inform us within 4 days of receiving your tree and let us know your concerns.

We require photographs that clearly show the concerns with the tree these should show;

The tree in situ,

The stand the tree is held in,

Proof of purchase,

As this information will help us resolve any issue quickly and efficiently.

 

Trees can only be returned or exchanged if there is a genuine problem with the tree and York Christmas Trees have been notified of this within 4 working days of the customer receiving it.  The tree must be returned to York Christmas Trees for inspection within 7 days of the customer receiving the tree otherwise it cannot be returned or exchanged as it is a perishable item and therefore non-fundable.

 

The customer will be responsible for returning the item including the packaging in ‘as new condition’ within 7 days of its delivery.  If there is a problem with the item, and this is agreed by us on its receipt we will

In situations where there is no issue with the quality of the tree, the cost of returning it is to be met by the customer.

Returns are to be sent York Christmas Trees. The Tree Barn, Wigginton Lodge, Wigginton, York, YO32 2RG along with details of the reasons for return.

 

ALL GOODS RETURNED MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY THE ORIGINAL RECEIPT AS PROOF OF PURCHASE.

We will not accept returns of any products after the 23rd December.
